Graffiti Skull

Graffiti competition this weekend held to coincide with the Chalk Art Festival in Sarasota, Florida. Graffiti and chalk artists from all over the world. It was almost impossible to get a shot without a person in it. So I know this shot isn't perfect. Loved this, so wanted to share. I believe this artist is from France.
